The basics
What is KeysWalletWatch?
KeysWalletWatch is a password manager and digital wallet for Windows 10 and 11. It keeps your logins, two-factor codes, card and ID details, notes and developer secrets in one encrypted vault file on your own PC, unlocked by a master password. Cloud sync between your PCs is optional and end-to-end encrypted. It is made by Beckham Enterprises.
Who is KeysWalletWatch for?
People and small offices who want their passwords on their own computer rather than in someone else's cloud account: households keeping track of everyone's accounts, owners who look after staff and company logins, and developers who need a proper home for API keys, .env files and SSH keys.
Does it work on Mac, iPhone or Android?
Not yet. KeysWalletWatch runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) only. A phone app is planned (the sync design was built with one in mind), but there is no date for it, so don't buy expecting it.
Does it fill in passwords in my browser?
No. There is no browser extension and no autofill. You copy a username, password or two-factor code with one click and paste it; the clipboard is cleared automatically after 30 seconds by default (you can pick 10 seconds to 2 minutes). If automatic form filling matters most to you, a browser-based manager will suit you better today.
Can I move my passwords in from Chrome, Edge or another password manager?
Yes. KeysWalletWatch can read saved passwords directly from Chrome, Edge, Brave and Opera on the same PC, and it imports CSV exports from Chrome, Bitwarden, LastPass and 1Password. Any other CSV works through a column-mapping screen, including a Person or Owner column so each login lands under the right person or company. After a browser import, it shows you how to delete the copies the browser kept.
Can it store two-factor (TOTP) codes?
Yes. Paste a login's authenticator secret (the Base32 text behind the QR code) and the entry shows the live 6-digit code with a countdown, ready to copy. Scanning a QR code isn't supported yet. Bitwarden CSV imports bring their TOTP secrets across.
Security and privacy
Can Beckham Enterprises see my passwords?
No. Your vault is encrypted on your PC with a key made from your master password, which is never stored or sent anywhere. If you use sync, the relay receives only the already-encrypted vault and a version number. Nobody at Beckham Enterprises holds anything that can decrypt it.
What encryption does KeysWalletWatch use?
AES-256-GCM for the vault, with the key derived from your master password by Argon2id (64 MiB of memory, 3 passes, 4 lanes, a random 32-byte salt). Shared projects use their own AES-256-GCM keys, delivered to each member with X25519 key agreement. See the security page for the full design.
What happens if I forget my master password?
There is no reset, by design: nobody else has a copy. The way back in is the recovery key the setup wizard offers (a 40-character code starting KWWRK-). Print it and keep it somewhere safe. Without the master password or the recovery key, the vault cannot be opened by anyone, including us.
How does the breach check work without sending my passwords?
It uses Have I Been Pwned's k-anonymity range search. KeysWalletWatch hashes the password with SHA-1 on your PC and sends only the first 5 characters of that hash. The service returns every leaked hash that starts with those 5 characters, and the match is made on your PC. Neither the password nor its full hash leaves your computer.
Does KeysWalletWatch collect telemetry?
No. The app has no analytics or telemetry. It only goes online to check passwords against Have I Been Pwned when you ask it to, to talk to the license server, and to sync if you turn sync on.
Sync
Do I need sync?
Only if you want the same vault on more than one PC. Without sync, KeysWalletWatch is a complete password manager on one computer, and the vault file is yours to back up however you like.
How do I add another PC to a synced vault?
Install KeysWalletWatch on the new PC and choose Join Synced Vault. It shows an 8-character pairing code. On a PC that already has the vault, approve that code. The new PC then downloads the encrypted vault and opens it with your master password. Codes expire after 5 minutes.
What happens if I edit the same entry on two PCs?
The edits merge entry by entry. If an entry changed on only one PC, that change is kept. If it changed on both, the newest edit wins and the other version's password is kept in that entry's password history, so it isn't lost. Deletions sync too.
Pricing, trial and licenses
How much does KeysWalletWatch cost?
$24.99 once, for up to 5 PCs. There is no subscription for the app. Sync is optional and prepaid by the year: Sync $12/year (2 vaults), Sync Family $24/year (6 vaults), Sync Team $48/year (15 vaults).
How does the free trial work?
Download and install the app, then request a trial key in Settings, License (it's emailed to you; no card needed). For 30 days everything is unlocked, including sync for 2 vaults. If the trial ends before you buy, the vault becomes read-only: you can still open it, view, copy and export everything. Nothing is deleted.
Is the license a subscription?
No. The $24.99 license is a one-time payment and doesn't expire. Sync plans are prepaid years (1 to 10 at checkout), not automatic renewals, so nothing charges your card again unless you buy more.
What does "vaults" mean in the sync plans?
A vault is one encrypted password file, such as your personal vault or a shared family one. Sync plans count vaults, not PCs: Sync covers 2 vaults, Sync Family 6 and Sync Team 15. Shared-project members are covered by Family and Team.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Beckham Enterprises refunds purchases within 14 days, no questions asked. Contact them (opens in a new tab) to ask for one. A refunded key stops working the next time the app checks in with the license server.
How do I move my license to a new PC?
Sign the old PC out in Settings, License, or from your license page (opens in a new tab), then enter the key on the new PC. One key covers up to 5 PCs at a time.

Why does Windows show a SmartScreen warning?
The installer is code-signed by Beckham Enterprises, LLC, but SmartScreen also weighs how many people have downloaded a file. A new release can show "Windows protected your PC" until it builds that reputation. Check that the publisher reads BECKHAM ENTERPRISES, LLC., then choose More info, Run anyway. You can also compare the file's SHA-256 checksum with the one on the download page.
Does installing need administrator rights?
No. The installer (6.3 MB) installs for your Windows user only, so no admin prompt is needed. It uses Microsoft Edge WebView2, which Windows 10 and 11 already include; if yours is missing it, the installer fetches it.
How do I update KeysWalletWatch?
Download the newest installer from this site and run it over the old version. Your vaults are kept in your Windows profile, not in the program folder, so updating doesn't touch them. The app has no background auto-updater.
